Sec 10-1702. Application to qualified foreign corporations

A foreign corporation authorized to transact business in this state on January 1, 1996 is subject to chapters 1 through 17 of this title but is not required to obtain a new certificate of authority to transact business under chapters 1 through 17 of this title, except as provided in section 10-1504.
