Sec 11-138. Report by campaign committees

Campaign committees, as defined in section 16-901, promoting or opposing the formation of new counties under this article shall register with and report to the secretary of state and otherwise comply with the requirements of title 16, chapter 6 regarding the election under section 11-137.
