Sec 23-473. Owner's and operator's duty

Every owner or operator of any boiler or lined hot water storage heater shall:

1. Furnish, maintain and provide safe and adequate boilers or lined hot water storage heaters.

2. Comply with all standards and regulations issued pursuant to this article.
