Sec 23-522. Supervision of employment agents by industrial commission

The industrial commission shall supervise employment agents to the extent necessary to enforce and administer adequately all laws and lawful orders designed to prevent fraud, misrepresentation, false statements or other unauthorized acts of an employment agent.
