Sec 28-1824. Participation in multistate highway transportation agreement; funding

At the beginning of each fiscal year the director of the department of transportation shall transfer five thousand dollars from the state highway fund established by section 28-6991 to the legislative council established by section 41-1301 for the purpose of this article.
