Sec 31-129. Taking prohibited articles into jail; classification

A person not authorized by law who takes into a jail or the grounds belonging or adjacent thereto, any opium, morphine, cocaine or other narcotic, or intoxicating liquor of any kind, or firearms, weapons or explosives of any kind, is guilty of a class 5 felony.
