Sec 32-1557. Violation; classification

Latest version.

A. A person who violates section 32-1555, paragraph 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 is guilty of a class 5 felony.

B. A person who violates section 32-1555, paragraph 7, 8, 9, 10 or 11 is guilty of a class 6 felony.
