Sec 41-1971. Arizona industries for the blind; establishment of program

The state department of economic security may establish and maintain within its rehabilitation services section for the blind and visually impaired a program of industries for the blind, the activities of which, as authorized by this article, shall be known as "Arizona industries for the blind."
