Sec 41-2061. Administration of chapter; director; appointment; compensation; advisory committee

A. The director shall administer the provisions of this chapter.

B. The director shall be appointed by the governor pursuant to section 38-211 and is eligible to receive compensation pursuant to section 38-611.

C. The director may appoint an advisory committee consisting of five members to review, advise and make recommendations to the director in the administration of the provisions of this chapter and regarding proposed rules provided for in this chapter.
