Sec 8-351. Definition of juvenile intensive probation

In this article, unless the context otherwise requires, "juvenile intensive probation" means a program which is established pursuant to this article of highly structured and closely supervised juvenile probation and which emphasizes surveillance, treatment, work, education and home detention.
